- Basic support (TRIAL / LITE)
- Access to WIKI and FAQ only.
- No email support.
- Standard email support (HUB)

- We usually reply within 72 hours, in rare cases it may take up to 12 days.
- Priority email support (VIP)
- Same email: [email protected]
- We usually reply within 48 hours, in rare cases it may take up to 5 days.
- VIP requests are processed first.

How to use support via Bot?
- Open the Bot
- From the Main Menu go to:
Account → 🛠Technical Support.
- The Bot will show your current support level and give you the correct links (WIKI / FAQ / email).
- If email support is available for your plan, follow the instructions and send us a message.
