How to use support via Bot?

  1. Open the Bot
  2. From the Main Menu go to: Account → 🛠 Technical Support.
  3. The Bot will show your current support level and give you the correct links (WIKI / FAQ / email).
  4. If email support is available for your plan, follow the instructions and send us a message.
